What is a Biometer?
The ophthalmic optical biometer is a basic medical device that uses optical technology to measure ocular biological parameters. Its core functions include the precise measurement of parameters such as axial length, corneal curvature, anterior chamber depth, and corneal diameter, providing basic data support for calculating intraocular lens power in cataract surgery.
Non-Contact Biometer
Non-contact measurement technology provides patients with a safe and comfortable experience.
To use our biometer, there is no need to dilate the pupil or compress the cornea, which can cause discomfort to the patient. The possibility of cross-infection and corneal damage is avoided in advance.

One-button Operation
One-button operation, automatic alignment, automatic focus, quick acquisition of multiple sets of data
Only one biometer can simplify your workflows. Patients do not need to move to different instruments to measure the required values, which greatly shortens the measurement time. After the value is measured, the IOL calculation can be performed immediately, resulting in a 25% reduction in time required compared to ultrasonic technology.

6 IOL Calculation Formulas
6 IOL calculation formulas to get personalized and accurate calculation results
BinkHorsr-II, Holladay, Hoffer-Q, Haigis, SRK-T, SRK II, 6 IOL calculation formulas built in our optical biometer, of which the Haigis-L formula does not require the calculation of corneal curvature results, avoiding errors in lens degree calculation after corneal refractive surgery
Biometer with High Accuracy and Good Repeatability

Measurements obtained by laser coherence photobiometry demonstrate that the accuracy of our biometer is 5 times that of traditional ultrasound measurements. Good repeatability, convenient for tracking and following up the changes in axial length in myopia prevention and control.

Biometer Application

The biometer is an essential device during cataract surgery.

Our optical biometer is very popular in the prevention and control of myopia in adolescents.

Our biometer can also be used for the K value measurement after myopia laser surgery.
