Prism Bars
Maxter ophthalmic prism bars are a set of corrective instruments for ophthalmology, including horizontal and vertical prisms. They are used to correct ophthalmic conditions such as strabismus and nystagmus. The horizontal prism is used to correct strabismus, such as esotropia and exotropia. The vertical prism is used to correct vertical diplopia. The prism bars are easy to operate and have a significant corrective effect, helping more and more strabismus patients regain normal vision.
Material
Maxter prism bars are made of high-quality optical glass, ensuring clear markings, durability, and longevity. We carefully select premium, environmentally friendly materials and employ high-precision laser engraving technology to overcome the wear and tear of traditional printed markings, avoiding easily blurred markings. The optical glass prism, through a high-precision edge grinding process, achieves a light transmittance of ≥90%, ensuring stable refraction and thus guaranteeing accurate and reliable test results.
Maxter uses laser etching technology to engrave the scale on the prism, making readings more intuitive and clearer, and providing protection against wear and tear, preventing detachment and ensuring long-lasting clarity.
The prism strip packaging uses high-density resilient sponge, which provides better cushioning and shock absorption, effectively protecting the prism. Both horizontal and vertical prisms are available for categorized storage, providing you with greater convenience.
Just as a good horse needs a good saddle, Maxter provides a thick aluminum case to package our prism bars. The metal locks are sturdy and easy to open and close, and the corner protectors offer effective protection against impacts and drops. Furthermore, the interior of the aluminum case features a high-density sponge with grooves to secure each prism precisely.
